Shipping & Delivery
At this time, California Girl Jewelry ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, California Girl Jewelry ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. Shipping is free.
Sales Tax
California Girl Jewelry charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
Most inventory jewelry items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment (up to one week if ring needs to be sized). These are rings and pendants that are already set into settings. If you a custom design jewelry piece, please allow three weeks after CAD (computer aided drawing) is approved. We will notify you with the anticipated shipping date upon your order. We will get it to you as fast as possible! Standard shipping is always free.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Our goal is 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact us within 48 hours to schedule a return. Items must be received with original tags.
**PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM DESIGN PIECES ARE NONREFUNDABLE (they cannot be returned).
Contact us and we will email you a prepaid shipping label (insured) and refund information. As soon as we receive it, we will refund you the entire purchase price, or if you prefer, credit your purchase on a different piece of jewelry.
We will never sell your information to anyone, and using PayPal for your purchase transaction protects you from fraud. Your credit card/banking information stays with PayPal and not on our site for added security. PayPal insures your purchase. We offer financing online through Affirm.
